Terms of Use
A few straightforward terms for using MEZENCORE.
Use the site responsibly
Only process files you have the right to use. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or violate another person’s rights. Keep an original copy of important images until you have checked the downloaded result.
Results and availability
MEZENCORE is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. Results depend on the image, browser, format, and settings; not every file will work or produce the same appearance in every browser. Keep separate copies of important originals.
Limits on liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, MEZENCORE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Code and materials
The MEZENCORE application code is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPL v3). Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, listed in the third-party notices. These terms do not limit rights granted by the GPL.
Site content
Site text and visual materials are subject to their respective rights holders. This section does not restrict use of application code under the GPL. Short quotations with attribution and a source link are welcome where permitted by law.
Links to other sites
Links may lead to sites run by other people or organizations. MEZENCORE does not control those sites or their content.
Images and preferences
The image tool processes selected files in your browser and has no feature for uploading them to MEZENCORE. It stores chosen settings in browser local storage, not the selected image files. The service worker caches application resources in browser Cache Storage for offline use. See the Privacy Policy for details about hosting requests and the site’s current use of cookies, advertising, and analytics.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the site or its services change. For questions, email [[CONTACT_EMAIL]]. The governing law and jurisdiction are [[GOVERNING_LAW]], [[OWNER_COUNTRY]]. See the Legal Notice for publisher and hosting details.
